Our 1-Year Repair Promise

Your jewelry is meant to be worn, and sometimes worn jewelry needs a little care. So every piece comes with free repairs for a full year from your purchase date.

How it works:

• Within 1 year of purchase: repairs are free, including materials and labour.
• After 1 year: we’re still here for you. Each piece is assessed individually, and repairs are quoted at the cost of materials and labour.
• Shipping to and from the studio isn’t included.
• Proof of purchase is required. Your order number or receipt works, including receipts from markets and shows.

Reach out through our Contact Us Page  with your name, the piece, your date of purchase, and a photo of what needs fixing. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

*Repairs cover reasonable wear. We reserve the right to decline repairs that fall outside reasonable wear or the timelines above.
